ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- Say one thing for the Boston Cannons in this abbreviated Major League Lacrosse season. They haven’t been dull.
Comebacks have been the story of Boston's season thus far, and the team pulled off another one on Tuesday to earn a 12-10 win over the Philadelphia Barrage at Navy-Marine Corps Stadium.
Down 10-8 with a little over five minutes to go in regulation, Mark Cockerton and Randy Staats scored two quick goals to tie the game before Reilly O'Connor buried the game-winner with 3:14 left.
