The coaches have had their say, and with that New England Lacrosse Journal's preseason coaches poll is here ahead of the 2019 season.
Nearly 20 head and assistant coaches throughout the region have voted on the top teams to watch for in New England. Submissions were made anonymously about the region's top teams, then point totals were sorted from highest to lowest to determine the order.
The top 10 is dominated by the NESCAC, as seven programs come from the conference. The other three call the NEWMAC home, so there's certainly a concentration in talent throughout New England. Of note: Middlebury received all but two first-place votes.
Without further ado, below is our preseason coaches poll.
