Michael Haggan’s journey to Bentley centerpiece

During his first three years at Boston College High School, Michael Haggan (Braintree, Mass.) waited for a starting role, eventually seizing it as a senior en route to a Division 1 South sectional title.

So when he arrived at Bentley in 2017, he was determined to speed up that process.

The fateful opportunity came during the 2018 season as Bentley coach Jim Murphy began to assess what he had for the next season. Haggan has never looked back, and Murphy thought he had perhaps found his goalie of the future.
