MIAA Wrap up: Without Forziati, Wakefield might still be fine

By Marisa IngemiMarch 1, 2018

In their first game of the season, Wakefield lacrosse had a noticeable absence.

Despite a big day on the road at Triton, Anthony Forziati was not on the field with the Warriors. The ninth-ranked prospect in Massachusetts in the New England Lacrosse Journal top 100 will miss the season with a torn labrum from hockey season.

"He had labrum surgery," said Wakefield coach Andrew Lavalle. "So he's done for the season, unfortunately."
