The MIAA’s four girls lacrosse state tournaments have reached their quarterfinal rounds.
There have been no surprises to this point, with all the contenders taking care of their business through the opening rounds. In fact, the top eight seeds in all four tournaments are still alive.
Top seeds Central Catholic (D-1), Notre Dame Academy (D-2), Medfield (D-3) and Weston (D-4) have all reached the quarterfinals without breaking too much of a sweat. But now the battles get tougher.
