The MIAA Division 2 title contenders should look pretty familiar this spring.
There’s Reading Memorial, the 2023 champ and 2022 runner-up, and Duxbury, which has made three straight appearances in the final four.
There’s Marshfield (last year’s runner-up) and Hingham, two teams that dropped down from D-1 last season and promptly made deep playoff runs.
But no contender will be more familiar than Longmeadow, the defending champion which also won it all in 2022, and has made four consecutive final fours.
