Spring is in the air and that means one thing: We’re inching closer and closer to the return of New England prep school lacrosse.
And the return of the heavyweights in New England West and the Founders League.
Teams are returning to the pre-2020 schedule structure that’s making a return for 2022, which should clear up any questions about regional supremacy.
Among the programs with high expectations for the upcoming campaign, Deerfield Academy is at the top of the list. The Big Green coasted to an undefeated 12-0 record in 2021, with its biggest scare coming in a midseason win against Brunswick, 12-11.
