QUINCY, Mass. — You will not find many years these days where Lincoln-Sudbury (Mass.) can play the disrespect card, or be somewhat underrated by the Warriors' standards heading into the Division 1 state tournament.

Yet there they were, ravaged by injuries all season, seeded third in the North bracket behind St. John's Prep (Mass.) and Acton-Boxboro (Mass.).

In the end, none of that mattered, as Lincoln-Sudbury earned its fourth title in five years in a dominant, 16-7 win over Hingham (Mass.) Friday night at Veterans Memorial Stadium.
