DEVENS, Mass. -- The Legacy Lacrosse Tournament is the kind of event that really kicks off the summer circuit.
It is the first summer event for most club programs -- and, if it’s not the first event, it’s undoubtedly the first of its scale and scope on any club’s schedule.
This summer, teams like Laxachusetts, the New Hampshire Tomahawks, 3D New England, the Fighting Clams, New England Twisters, Piatelli Lacrosse and 4 Leaf Lacrosse sent multiple squads across a number of age levels to compete.
I go to summer events to get a better feel for the talent coming out of New England.
