The Lakes Region League is the king of prep lacrosse in northern New England.
With historic programs across New Hampshire, it has regularly produced high-caliber student-athletes for nearly every competitive level of the sport.
The increased focus on boys lacrosse has yielded more than a few powerhouse teams in the past few years -- most notably last year's undefeated Holderness squad. But how does the league look going into 2024?
