ANNAPOLIS, Md. — With precious seconds ticking away in the overtime period, the Kings Lacrosse 2020 club knew where it wanted to go against Kooper’s Lacrosse of Maryland on Monday.
With the score tied at 6 at Annapolis High, the Kings were seconds away from perhaps settling for a tie after leading by two goals in the fourth quarter.
But Hopkinton's Luke MacDonald found Xaverian midfielder Jack Daoust, who fired home a shot to give the Kings the 7-6 win in their opener at the Naptown Challenge.
