There’s still uncertainty about when the men’s lacrosse season in the Northeast Conference will start, but when it does, there will be a number of local products leading their teams onto the field.
Some of the region’s top high school players from just a few years ago have ascended to the captaincy at their respective schools, at places like Sacred Heart, Bryant and Merrimack.
Sacred Heart announced this week that senior goalie Colton King (Southborough, Mass.), senior defender Conor Sullivan (Norfolk, Mass.) and senior attack Logan Liljeberg (Wrentham, Mass.) will serve as captains for the upcoming season.
