A dozen players from the region were recognized as All-Stars at Sunday’s One Percent “Tomorrow’s Stars” Showcase in Davenport, Fla., for top players in the Class of 2024.
One-hundred and 30 players, from more than 20 states and Washington, D.C., were invited to the event after submitting applications and split into six teams, with each team playing three games.
College coaches guided each team. The top 40 players were chosen for the All-Star Game to end the day.
Midfielder Hudson Hausmann (Greenwich, Conn.) of Brunswick School and Eclipse was named the MVP of the event.
