How Bryant’s Alexa Weber is able to adapt, survive and thrive

Once Alexa Weber (South Windsor, Conn.) got a sense of her potential, there was no keeping her from finding ways to do whatever she could to seize it at Bryant.

The East Catholic High School alumna had a solid rookie season with the Bulldogs in 2019 with 13 goals and four assists in 17 games, getting named to the Northeast Conference All-Rookie team. She said she then started her sophomore season with an added boost of confidence and commitment to play through her mistakes, and that translated into what was looking like a breakthrough season for both herself and the Bulldogs.
