Brunswick School attackman Henry Caponiti sees a lot of himself in former NBA Defensive Player of the Year Draymond Green.
Like Green of the Golden State Warriors, the senior is a “hustler and grinder” — and above all, he just wants to win.
“He loves getting chippy and talking smack, which is what I like to do,” Caponiti said. “(Green) also just understood his role; he understood what the team wanted from him, and he did it exceptionally well.”
A five-star recruit and one of the top attackmen in his class, Caponiti hadn’t seen substantial game time at Brunswick until this season due to injury and the pandemic.
