Keegan Lathrop, the youngest of four lacrosse-playing brothers in his family, is headed to Delaware this year.
The Cape Elizabeth (Maine) High School program is one of the most successful boys programs in the state of Maine.
Just this past spring the Capers completed an undefeated, 17-0 season with a 17-6 win over South Portland in the Maine Class A championship game.
One of the key players on that team was Keegan Lathrop, who scored four goals in the final and was later named the Maine boys lacrosse Player of the Year.
Fans of Cape Elizabeth lacrosse know the Lathrop family well. A total of four brothers have come through the program. Two -- Killian and Tiernan -- went on to play at Bryant and a third brother, Devon, was a face-off specialist for the 2019 team.
