Hangin’ Out With … Rutgers senior attackman Eric Civetti

By Phil ShoreAugust 2, 2021

Eric Civetti (Franklin, Mass.) is heading into what should be a dynamic senior year at Rutgers. (Rutgers Athletics)

Rutgers earned a trip to the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2004, nearly upsetting North Carolina in the quarterfinals.

Junior Eric Civetti (Franklin, Mass.) played in all 13 games, scoring four goals, with two on an extra-man unit that ranked third in the nation. The Scarlet Knights started two graduate students and one redshirt senior at attack, leaving an opportunity for Civetti to step into a bigger role in 2022.

A biomedical engineering student, he is looking forward to the challenge.
