Grant Litchfield brings hard-nosed approach to Belmont Hill

One needs to see just a few plays of Grant Litchfield's football highlight reel to know his scouting report also applies to lacrosse.

At Belmont Hill, Litchfield will careen down the field on kickoffs and blow up one blocker after another. As the fall begins, the linebacker from Sudbury, Mass., simply enjoys hitting opponents and knocking them back.

That's the same attitude the 6-foot, 222-pounder takes into lacrosse as a defenseman.
