Perry is the founder and co-owner of Skill of Strength. He has more than 20 years of experience as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach.
He has trained clients of all ages and abilities, including athletes represented in the Premier Lacrosse League, Major League Soccer, the NFL, the NCAA and more.
Recently Perry has turned his expertise into a more lacrosse-specific realm and is training dozens of high school, college and pro players in New England.
