DEDHAM, Mass. — One thing Noble and Greenough knew it had coming into the season was a strong collection of offensive playmakers.
Their talents were on display throughout a regular season that saw the team win nine of 11 games it played in the Independent School League, scoring double-digit goals in all.
And they were on display in the first-ever ISL championship tournament, which culminated with a 16-8 win over eighth-seeded Governor’s to secure the program’s first ISL title in four years.
They shared, they scored, they won. Offense, it turns out, can win championships.
