With the women’s World Championships postponed for a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Team USA took on Team Canada this past weekend for the first time in nearly two years.
The Fall Classic was held at USA’s Lacrosse’s Tierney Field in Sparks, Md. The game finished 19-3 in favor of the U.S., as the floodgates opened late in the first half for the red, white and blue.
The star power was overwhelming for the U.S., with players like Athletes Unlimited champion Taylor Cummings and the electric Kylie Ohlmiller on the roster. It was a galaxy of stars and the brightest one was Boston College’s Charlotte North.
