The Fall Classic held at the USA Lacrosse headquarters in Sparks, Md., over the weekend showcased the best men’s and women’s players from Team USA and Team Canada.
All four national teams went head to head against one another, and the event also saw the defending NCAA champions from the men’s and women’s ranks test their mettle against the national teams as well. This series of exhibitions was headlined by Team USA taking on Team Canada last Friday.
While NLL training camp preparation kept several of Team Canada’s more notable names out of the lineup, the noisy neighbors up north still fielded an exciting team led by some young stars.
Team USA, on the other hand, had access to an unlimited number of top-tier players freshly recovered from an exciting season in the PLL.
