The University of Vermont proved in 2022 it’s a force to be reckoned with.
Chris Feifs’ club made program history last season. In a dominating 15-3 win over Manhattan College, UVM locked up its first NCAA tournament victory.
Though the Catamounts fell to the eventual NCAA champion – top-seeded Maryland – in the next round, they had nothing to hang their heads about.
A “resilient bunch,” as Feifs called them, they took the America East title for a second straight year after remaining perfect in conference play in the regular season.
