Harvard head coach Gerry Byrne believes the fall season is a great time for his team to travel.
He said it provides a great opportunity for team building, experiential learning, career development and service, not to mention competition.
This fall, Harvard took a trip to Chicago, and if nothing else, the competition was fierce, as the Crimson went toe-to-toe with Notre Dame, the two-time defending NCAA champion.
Going up against the best in the country taught Byrne a lot about his team.
