Holy Cross is coming into 2025 on the heels of a 2-11 season. It was, in many ways, a season to forget.
Those two wins came against UMass Lowell (16-9) and Sacred Heart (10-9), and occurred within the first 17 days of February. In the offseason, the embattled Patriot League team also lost its second-leading scorer, William Stahl, to Dartmouth via the transfer portal.
Despite all of that, expectations are still present for the Crusaders.
“There is a level of optimism going into the year,” said Holy Cross head coach JL Reppert. “We continue to get better and improve. That’s what I am excited about.
