D1 Wrap Up: Vermont on fire, Brown and Yale falter

In a week full of surprises, New England was right in the middle of them. Both Brown and Yale faltered in their season openers, but Vermont and Sacred Heart continued their great starts. UMass Lowell almost pulled another upset, and Quinnipiac rebounded in a big way with their win over Brown.

Nationally, Westford's Jay Drapeau had a big day for Loyola, and Wakefield native Danny Seibel silenced Yale with his four goals.
