In early February, 18 Division 1 teams throughout New England kicked off their season, then with a focus on starting on the right foot.
Fast forward to late April and their collective outlook has changed to postseason play, with the hopes of earning one more game. That last part is especially present for seniors, hoping to extend their college lacrosse careers as long as possible.
As that takes shape, New England Lacrosse Journal has sorted through the playoff picture for the region's teams. There's Boston College again leading the way, then only a small handful of contenders elsewhere.
Aside from the Eagles, will we see some squads make the NCAA tournament?
