From southern New Hampshire up to Hanover, Alex Burnley hasn’t had to go terribly far to start his college career.
The Dartmouth freshman goalie has had some early playing time in his first season playing for the Ivy. He got his first career start against Boston University in the Green's second game of the season, a stretch of three games over a week.
"We don't worry too much about the other teams on short weeks," said Burnley. "We just worry about ourselves and play our games."
Burnley isn't the everyday starter for the Big Green yet, as George Christopher has still seen more time in net. But, Dartmouth has been willing to commit to Burnley as a part of their future plans, as evidenced by early playing time.
