The 16-team field for the NCAA tournament is rapidly nearing, and with that New England Lacrosse Journal has announced its year end awards for Division 1 men's lacrosse.
These high achievers have been leading the local scene all spring, with several positioned to keep their seasons extended well into May.
We have multiple schools with two representatives: Boston University, Holy Cross, UMass and Yale. Those programs have played some of the region's best lacrosse all spring, so that should come as no surprise.
