New England is home to a myriad of Division 3 programs. To a one, they play in conferences that hold automatic qualifiers to the NCAA tournament.
While the NESCAC reigns supreme because of its teams' annual strength of schedule and depth -- it is one of the only conferences that will produce at least two teams that will qualify for at-large bids this season -- the other conferences will likely only send their conference champions on to the NCAAs.
There promises to be great games and great drama this weekend, as there always is.
