The high school boys lacrosse season in Connecticut started with a bang, not a whimper.
Darien High School made headlines last week when it knocked off the No. 1-ranked prep school team in the country, Brunswick.
But the Blue Wave are hardly the only team producing noteworthy results early on. Across the state, there are plenty of teams and players to watch, and matchups that should be circled on the calendar.
