When the dust settled a year ago, Connecticut had crowned champions in boys lacrosse for the first time since 2019.
Ridgefield (Class L), Weston (Class M) and St. Joseph (Class S) earned the prizes in 2021. This year, Class L again promises to be its annual slugfest featuring some of the most talented public school teams in the country.
Darien is the returning FCIAC champ, but was bounced from the Class L tournament in a shock upset by Fairfield Prep a year ago. Still, you can bet on the Blue Wave being a contender, if not favorite, about every year.
Who are the other teams to watch as new seasons get underway?
