The NESCAC is one of the most, if not the most, desirable NCAA Division 3 athletic conferences to play your sport of choice across the board.
The combination of the education itself, the small college experience and the access to a deep alumni base are three of the most prominent factors that contribute to this.
But for some reason, the administration and team at Amherst College have been in a perpetual cycle of backpedaling.
With the announcement that Rashad Devoe -- hired just 13 months ago -- will not be returning to the program next season -- the program has finally backslid so far that it has fallen completely over.
