The high school season in Connecticut is underway and there have already been several notable performances.
Earlier this week we examined nine contenders for CIAC titles in two posts here and here. Some of those teams and players have already affirmed their lofty credentials.
Plenty can happen between now and state tournaments in June (four of them this year -- Class LL, Class L, Class M and Class S). But it's never too early to spotlight the achievements right out of the gate.
