The team's three-headed monster at attack became a one-man wrecking crew before the season started. Matt Brandau set career scoring records at Yale in his final season and led the nation in points per game.
His efforts helped Yale to the Ivy League tournament, but it still felt like the team spent the season fighting with one hand tied behind its back.
