NEPSAC notebook: Brunswick rebounds from tough loss to Hill Academy

For much of the season, Brunswick had coasted to victories with little challenge.

That is until recently when they lost to The Hill Academy, 12-11, in overtime on April 24. The Canadian program got the last laugh in the national showdown, but Brunswick has since recovered with back-to-back wins put that them at 11-1 and in the driver’s seat yet again in the NE West 1 conference.

“That’s exactly it, we needed a couple of those games to find out who were in tight situations and making sure that each player was concentrating on his role and his role only,” said head coach David Bruce.
