Seeing standout goalie Isabel Pithie guarding the opposing cage for Norwell High School in a big game isn’t anything these Trojans are not used to.
“We’ve had some battles and it’s a good rivalry,” said Bromfield coach Dave Planchet, “and it’s gone both ways.”
The last one on the state stage occurred in 2018, when the Clippers edged Bromfield in a thrilling state championship game, 12-10. Of the last 10 Division 2 titles, Norwell has won five of them.
