The first high school girls seasons since 2019 had turns to navigate and obstacles to overcome, but when they were over plenty had been achieved.
From two epic MIAA state championship games (after some uncertainty about whether there would be MIAA state championship games), to one Connecticut program that’s already committed nine juniors to Division 1 programs, to dynasties extending their reigns, the year had a little of everything.
Best of all, it had lacrosse.
