Already loaded with experienced talent, the Brooks School lacrosse team has gotten an offensive injection with the addition of attacker Judge Murphy, who is lighting up the Independent School League and helping his new team get off to a hot start.
After transferring from Thayer Academy, the Cohasset, Mass., native has found an immediate connection that has been beneficial for all parties involved.
“Their attitude — where it’s more than just lacrosse, it’s developing the kids, turning them into young men,” Murphy explained of his decision to come to Brooks. “The whole atmosphere when I visited last fall, I just felt a connection towards the school. It’s been a great fit so far. Off the field, I really clicked with the guys well. I’m very comfortable playing with them.
