Teagan and Tanner Alexander are twins, born six minutes apart. But on the lacrosse field, their chemistry transcends even brotherhood.
This year, the junior duo has led the way on defense for Xaverian Brothers (Mass.), one of the top teams in New England. Xaverian (15-3) stormed through its regular season, notably beating perennial powerhouses La Salle from Rhode Island and Bishop Guertin from New Hampshire along the way.
One could argue, however, that the team’s most defining win came April 30 against Catholic Conference rival Boston College High.
