At Norwell (Mass.), the lacrosse constants are siblings, success

A strong, tight-knit team of players will oftentimes refer to the aura around their group as being just like a family.

At Norwell (Mass.) High School, it’s that and then some, where the family affair has helped build up one of the strongest girls programs in Massachusetts, starting at the top where head coach Kara Connerty has instilled a positive sense of camaraderie that has led to five Division 2 titles over the last decade.

There’s no indication the Clippers won’t be factors again, thanks in part to surnames of the past, present and future of the program: Those include senior captains Isabel Pithie in goal and Allie Connerty on the attack.
