Ally DaCosta always has had it.
Call it vision. Call it instinct. Call it a sixth sense on the lacrosse field.
The New Bedford, Mass., native always has had that innate ability to know what’s going to happen before everyone else around her. It’s something that she’s worked on refining throughout her career playing for Bishop Stang High School in North Dartmouth, Mass., St. Mary-Bay View in Riverside, R.I., and into her third season at Merrimack College.
Now that she is finding new ways to harness that inherent skill, she is developing into one of the top playmakers in Division 2.
