Laxachusetts Girls isn’t the oldest club in New England. But in the last decade and a half, it has grown into one of the region's best.
In the last four recruiting cycles, from the class of 2025 through 2028, Laxachusetts has garnered 154 college commitments, a number that will continue to grow as plenty of ‘28s look for a home.
Laxachusetts fields some of the best teams in the nation. Its top team in the class of 2027 finished the year ranked No. 15 in the country. The ‘28s are currently ranked 10th.
The teams play three major tournaments or showcases in the summer and fall seasons, facing some of the country’s top competition in front of numerous college coaches. It’s a schedule that the staff reevaluates every year to ensure they’re putting their players in the best position.
“Ultimately, our goal is to put our players in the best position possible to get recruited,” said assistant director Abbey Capobianco (Framingham, Mass.). “We’re very calculated with which events we attend and the why, and we do constantly evaluate.”
