Under Armour, in conjunction with Corrigan Sports Enterprises and Inside Lacrosse, has announced the North and South rosters for the 16th annual Under Armour All-America Girls Lacrosse Game later this month.
Seven senior girls from the region were selected to participate in the event, which will be held on July 31 at Johns Hopkins University’s historic Homewood Field. The girls’ game will be at 5:30 p.m., and be followed by the boys’ game at 8 p.m.
On the girls’ side, seven schools from the region are represented on the North team. Attack Shira Parower of Staples, midfielder Sam Forrest of Glastonbury and defender McKenna Harden of New Canaan all come from the Connecticut public school ranks.
