The 2019 Major League Lacrosse Supplemental Draft was held via conference call on Wednesday, with 28 picks across four rounds.

When all was said and done, one fourth of the selections had a tie to New England in one form or another.

Starting with the Boston Cannons, they added some depth via midfielder Jay Drapeau in the first round (third overall) and defenseman Bill O'Brien in the second round (10th overall).

Drapeau (Westford, Mass.), a former Loyola Maryland standout, was well-known locally for his starring role at Westford Academy.
