The Concord-Carlisle (Mass.) High School boys are looking to build upon their first season in MIAA Division 1 this spring.
In 2021, the Patriots captured their fifth state title in program history, downing Longmeadow, 11-10, in the Division 2 final. Due to reclassification, they found themselves in the top division in Massachusetts a year later.
That season ended with a 16-5 record and a tough loss in the second round of the playoffs to Hingham, 14-0.
With a new season upon them, Concord-Carlisle head coach Tom Dalicandro and assistant coach Jon Smith feel hopeful about their team, while also acknowledging their weak spots.
