GM out, new on- and off-field strategies in place after Cannons bottom out during tumultuous year

A year ago, it was a complicated tiebreaker that kept the Boston Cannons out of the Major League Lacrosse playoffs.

This summer, the Cannons were the worst team in the league for most of the last half of the season.

A harsh assessment? Sure. But it’s that type of realistic look at the entire organization that the Cannons front office said was necessary to try to reverse the downward trend that the team hopes hit rock bottom in August.
