Dawson Clark on Army commitment: ‘It feels like I was born to serve my country’

Admittedly, Dawson Clark said he was not really looking forward to his visit to West Point on the weekend of Sept. 19.

The class of 2021 attackman from New Hampshire powerhouse Bishop Guertin did, however, know that being in the military was something that spoke to him.

"I don't know what it is," Clark said. "It feels like I was born to serve my country."

So when he actually did step on campus, something washed over Clark in a way that just made sense. Not long after his visit, he committed to Army, which won the Patriot League tournament last spring before bowing out in the NCAA tournament to Penn.
