D1 Women’s Wrap-up: Boston College impressive, UNH wins big

It was a strong week for women's lacrosse teams in New England to start the season. Boston College was the most impressive of all, toppling Notre Dame in week one. Fairfield was also impressive, while New Hampshire had the best start it could have hoped for.

Around the nation, a few freshmen, including Waltham's Taylor Pinzone, had impressive debuts.
