So, who’s the alpha dog?
On the eve of the first full Independent School League season since 2019, and one with an anticipated, end-of-year, two-tiered playoff, we asked the league’s 16 coaches to each identify the one opposing player who impresses them the most and why.
The result? Ten different players named — from six different schools — including one Princeton-bound attackman who was named three times. Two other players were named twice and seven others were named by one opposing coach.
